Returns the platform’s current data-release version — the same value POST /v1/match’s per-row resolution_action: "current" label compares a previously-delivered identity’s stored refresh-major against. Cacheable: backed by a cache refreshed roughly every 15 minutes, not a live query. Requires ‘discovery’ scope.
