Record licensing

Record licensing is our way of making good identity work keep paying off.

When Infinite Audience resolves and delivers a real customer identity, that identity is licensed to your organization for 12 months. During that active period, supported platform and integration workflows can reuse the identity without another identity-license charge.

Resolve

Bring a record without an Infinite Audience person ID. We do the identity work and return enrichment for a successful match.

Reuse

Use the licensed identity across supported workflows. The license belongs to your organization, not to one file or one integration.

Refresh

When a new major data release is available, supported workflows can retrieve current enrichment for an actively licensed identity without matching it again.

Renew

After 12 months, the next successful external delivery renews the identity license for another year.

  • Keep the Infinite Audience person ID. It is the key to direct reuse and refresh.
  • Send it back on future enrichment work. When a supported workflow receives a valid ID, it can skip matching and go straight to the current record.
  • Do not worry about duplicate rows in one job. If several rows resolve to the same real person, the identity is counted once for that operation while every row remains in your output.
  • Reuse across surfaces. A license first created through the platform can be honored by a supported integration, and vice versa.

Your account contract controls exact rates and commercial terms. In general:

  • Identity resolution is the work of finding the person behind an ID-less record.
  • A new or renewed record license covers the real identity for 12 months.
  • Standard supported enrichment fields are included with the identity entitlement.
  • Destination or activation fees can apply separately when data is sent to an external destination.
  • Some integrations may use their own billing rail or plan structure.

Think of the person ID as a claim ticket for a resolved customer identity. Keep it with the record. Bring it back when you want current enrichment. The platform handles license status, release eligibility, and the correct billing path behind the scenes.

Only a resolved tier 01 person ID carries this reuse and refresh meaning. Derived IDs keep unmatched rows recognizable, but they are not licensed identities. Learn the difference →
