Use integration matches

Your connected apps can do more than receive enriched records. Infinite Audience can retain eligible successful matches so you can bring that customer intelligence back into the platform and build with it.

Save and use your matches

Section titled “Save and use your matches”
  1. Open Connect and choose a supported integration.
  2. Turn on Save successful matches for the connection.
  3. Choose Build segment to review the available matched identities.
  4. Narrow the source by connection, run, date, or workflow when useful.
  5. Preview the net additions, then create a new matched segment or add records to a compatible one.
  6. Use the segment in Segment Studio or add it to an audience.

The preview separates new additions from duplicates, expired records, suppressed records, and identities already in the destination segment. You know what will be added before you commit.
